Special ingredients for January:

  • Fruit: Pear and Kiwi
  • Vegetables: Fennel and Snow Peas

The fennel was so fun to work with!  None of us had ever cooked with fennel before.  Raw, it tasted quite different than when cooked.  The roasted fennel was excellent.
